 For decades, adventurers have been drawn to the romance of Mount Everest. Those that join this trek will start their journey from Kathmandu to Lukla-2850m. From Lukla you walk to the famous Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar and on to the Tengboche Buddhist Monastery, with its panoramic view of Everest-8848m, Cho Oyu-8152m, Lhotse-8516m, Makalu-8463m and Ama Dablam-6456m. Then it's across the glaciers to the foot of Mount Everest, and one of the most spectacular views of your life. |

This trek is considered as a non-technical trek and suitable for average people. If you are moderately fit and have a sense of adventure will enjoy this trek. The program is designed to acclimatize you gradually and not expected high altitude sickness. However you are requested to check your altitude fitness and the itinerary.
We suggest you to strengthen your knee muscles and prepare for several days of steep descents. Some physical fitness programs such as running, swimming, biking or aerobics is recommended, but mostly hiking on steep hills or running up and down steps are preferable. Please note that the following program is prepared in the fact basis however things can be change in some circumstances but adjustments will have to make during the trekking. We request you to be flexible with the situation to enjoy yourself.
While the trek is designed for teahouse arrangement, our professional mountain guide and porters handle everything. The meal will be provided in the available restaurant enroute and accommodations in the available lodges (with most of the days hot/cold shower) enroute. |

Acclimatization day in Namche (As you'll be proceeding to higher, acclimatization is very important. We will spend the day by taking a day hike to Thami or exploring Namche Bazar. |

Trek to Tyangboche-3867m (approx.6 hr) |

Acclimatization day at Tyangboche. We recommend you to spend another one day at Tyangboche from where you can make a day hike to Pangboche / climb the hill behind Tyangboche for good mountain view or explore the monastery itself. |

Trek to Pheriche-4240m (approx. 6 hr) |

Acclimatization day at Pheriche. Acclimatization is the most important in high altitudes. You can spend the whole day relaxing or short hike to Nangkartsang Gompa from where you'll have the chance for the great view of Mt. Makalu-8475m. |
